We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships lead to accelerate our go-to-market within the Financial Services industry. The Business Development & Partnerships lead will work closely with company management to refine key business strategies, serve as an account manager for existing accounts and identify partnership opportunities with new clients. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into financial services organizations and will be well versed in the industry’s latest technology trends. This position can be either in-person or remote (Canada or US).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients within the Financial Services industry
  • Serve as an account manager for existing accounts
  • Establish sales and marketing best practices within the organization
  • Work alongside management to develop and refine overall go-to-market strategies


  • 4+ years of experience selling into financial services or related industries, preferably from within a startup environment
  • Knowledge of related technologies including cloud computing and machine learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
